工程要点

  • ASTM A6 公差涵盖深度、翼缘宽度、腹板平直度和扭曲度。关键应用务必核验钢厂证书。
  • 紧凑与非紧凑翼缘:受压翼缘的局部屈曲行为取决于 b/t 比(翼缘宽厚比)。请查阅 AISC 360 表 B4.1b 对每个截面进行分类。
  • 侧向扭转屈曲:当无支撑长度超过 LpL_p 时,可用弯矩承载力会降低。表格中的 Sx 仅在充分支撑的塑性或紧凑范围内适用。
  • 深度-重量权衡:同一名义深度组内较重的型号具有更厚的翼缘和腹板,从而提高 Ix 和腹板抗剪承载力,代价是重量增加。
  • 连接:宽翼缘为螺栓剪力板和弯矩端板节点提供了充足表面。仍须按 AISC 核对翼缘宽度方向的最小边距。
  • 公制对应型材可依据 ASTM A6 获得;名义深度换算后四舍五入到最接近的毫米。
