LNG Physical Properties
LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is produced by cooling natural gas to -161°C (-258°F) at atmospheric pressure. Prior to liquefaction, impurities and heavy hydrocarbons are removed, leaving a liquid that is primarily composed of methane.
