The table below provides viscosity and density data for standard ISO grade hydraulic and lubricating oils. Viscosity is given in both centiStokes (cSt) and Reyns units, while density is provided in SI and imperial units.

Unit Conversions

The viscosity values use two common unit systems:

  • CentiStokes (cSt): Kinematic viscosity in SI units, where 1 cSt=106 m2/s1 \text{ cSt} = 10^{-6} \text{ m}^2/\text{s}
  • Reyns: Dynamic viscosity in imperial units, where 1 reyn=6894.76 Pa⋅s1 \text{ reyn} = 6894.76 \text{ Pa·s}

The relationship between kinematic and dynamic viscosity is:
